About Our Private Investor Network

• Our private investor network is domiciled exclusively throughout China and specialises in investing in technology companies globally with the potential to define new markets or cause industry wide disruption, at all funding rounds prior to IPO, including seed, series A and later rounds.

• Technologies of particular interest include artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), deep learning and auto- and self-driving vehicles and their applications to an array of industries not limited to advanced manufacturing, medicine, healthcare, utilities, telecoms, infrastructure, power generation, banking and financial services.

Angel and Early Stage Rounds

• Our private investor network generally seeks to invest post seed rounds, but when doing so, angel and early stage investments typically range in size from USD 500,000 to USD 2 million in exchange for 15-25% equity.

• These funding rounds are designed to assist with research and development, proof-of-concept, testing, prototype and minimum viable product build and funding salaries of founding teams.

Series A and Subsequent Rounds

• Our private investor network also seeks larger investments prior to IPO, at Series A and later rounds, in technology companies with strong management teams and high-quality products that have demonstrable traction in relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), such as users, views, customer acquisition and revenues (but not necessarily net profits at Series A).

• Series A investments typically range in size from USD 2 million to USD 20 million and grow in subsequent rounds commensurate with the strength of the company's management team, financials, growth rates and other KPIs.

• A lead investor is an important consideration at Series A rounds and beyond for both anchoring the round (attracting further investors) and for securing strategic investors with industry knowledge and contacts.
